We take great pride in the quality and effectiveness of our skincare products. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any products once they have been purchased.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product, we encourage you to contact our customer support team before placing your order.

Exceptions

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will review each case individually and work to resolve the issue appropriately.

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the product and packaging
  • A description of the issue

Please note that reports submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
